Overview
Arun Valley Trek is really non-touristy trekking destination in Nepal which is located in the Everest region. It is the deepest valley in the world which is between the Makalu region and Everest region and it has been discovered by the trekkers who love to walk through the isolated valleys and hidden valleys. Still, this valley is less tourist area but it has a significant view of the mountain. The valley trek offers you the incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture and it descends to the deep George of the beautiful valley. The scenery along the trail ranges from mixed farming land and scattered Sherpa and Rai villages to stands of forest including rhododendron and oak. The sub-tropical valley floor of the mighty Arun River is in places densely forested, contrasting with terraced slopes higher up which is farm by villagers of diverse tribal groups. This is one of the exciting and exploratory Trekking in Nepal which Nepal has offered. The trek requires stamina and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of the region which provides some outstanding views of the mountain. This entire trek offers spectacular scenery and the close-up view of local cultures of the Himalayan. All the treks offer spectacular scenery and the close-up view of the Himalaya.
Arun Valley Trek is a virtually virgin territory with very few groups trekking the region. This naturally blessed place has plenty to guest coming there because it is endued fascinating and vivid aspects of natural beauty and culture. This trek is with interesting varieties of cultures of Sherpa, Rai, Chhetri, and Brahmin. From this trekking, we get an opportunity to know about the lifestyle, culture, and tradition of these people who are the local inhabitant of this wonderful region. Also, and this trek is significant because of its return trail with substitutes. You can also put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani col and the west col into the upper Hongu valley. We will have a great chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain which includes Mt Everest, Mt Lhotse, Mt Makalu, Mt Ama Dablam, Mt Nuptse, and many other mountains of this route. We enter the Sagarmatha National park while doing trekking in this route where we have an opportunity to see the rare birds, animals, flora, and fauna not only in Nepal but overall the world. The perfect time is between March to June and September to December is considered as the best season for trekking in this route.

Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
After you reach in Kathmandu valley then there will be one guide of our company will be waiting to pick-up you. And after pick-up, we will directly check out the hotel and have some dinner and make some preparation for the trip and take some rest.
Day 02: Flight to Tumlingtar (937m)
We will drive towards the local airport of Kathmandu to take a flight towards Tumlingtar. After reach in Tumlingtar, first of all, we will check out the hotel then after we will have our lunch and explore all around the beautiful place of Tumlingtar and spend overnight.
Day 03: Trek from Tumlingtar to Bhotebas (1600m) 6 hrs
Today is the first walking day trekking and from we start our trekking by walking. We get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, not only that we have an opportunity to see the beautiful landscapes, small villages, and the forest rhododendron on the way. After a few hours walk, we will reach the place where we will have our dinner and slowly move towards Bhotebas where we will spend a night.
Day 04: Trek from Bhotebas to Num (1500m) 8 hrs
Leaving Bhotebas for Num after having breakfast early in the morning and we can admire good views of the mountain. We get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain from the way. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards our destinations where we will spend overnight.
Day 05: Trek from Num towards Jimmigaon
You have an opportunity to experiences some important facets of the Tamang culture. On the route, we will have a chance to take a bath in the natural hot spring. We will have our lunch on the way and then take some rest in that hotel and slowly move towards Jimmigaon where we will spend one night.
Day 06: Trek from Jimmigaon to Nurbuchaor (2000m) 8 hrs
We leave Jimmigaon for Nurbuchaor after having the hot breakfast in the hotel. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again Nurbuchaor where we will spend one night.
Day 07: Trek from Nurbuchaor to Taklung
From here, the trek descends to Taklung. We will have a great opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain before reaching Taklung where we will spend overnight.
Day 08: Trek from Taklung to Daware Phuk
From Taklung, we will take the tail to Daware Phuk which is a nunnery. At the time of trekking, we will pass through several Chortens adorn barley and bucket fields that have been cut from surrounding pine forest.
Day 09: Rest Day in Daware Phuk
Today we don’t start our trekking today is for the rest day. And we will take rest in Daware Phuk. In the daytime after having lunch at the hotel, we will explore all around the Daware Phuk and in the evening we will come back to the hotel and spend one night.
Day 10: Return back to Taklung
We walk back from Daware Phuk to Taklung after having breakfast in the morning. We will have our lunch on the way and then take some rest in that hotel and slowly move towards Taklung where we will spend one night.
Day 11: Trek from Taklung to Walung (1500m) 8 hrs
We will have a great chance to see the wonderful views of the mountain, and beautiful landscapes. We will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards Walung where we will spend overnight.
Day 12: Trek from Walung to Pekhuwa (600m) 7 hrs
After having breakfast early in the morning, we will walk towards Pekhuwa. We will have a great view of the mountain at the time of trekking and we will have our lunch on the way and slowly start our trekking towards the Pekhuwa where we will spend overnight.
Day 13: Trek from Pekhuwa to Riverside Camp (8 hrs)
Spending the wonderful night in we will slowly move towards Riverside Camp. We will have a great view of the mountain and beautiful landscapes on the route. On the way, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Riverside Camp where we will spend overnight.
Day 14: Trek from Riverside Camp to Chewa Beshi (7 hrs)
Our trail continues ascending from Chewa Beshi and enjoys the mountain landscapes with abundant waterfalls. We will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, oak, pine. And we will have our lunch on the way then after slowly move towards our destination where we will spend one night.
Day 15: Trek to Tumlingtar and flight to Kathmandu
Early in the morning, after having breakfast we will slowly move towards Tumlingtar. After reach in Tumlingtar, we will have our lunch then after taking some rest and slowly drive towards the local airport of Tumlingtar to fly towards Kathmandu Valley. And after reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, we will check out the hotel and then after we will have our farewell dinner and spend one night in this wonderful city.
Day 16: Final Departure
With lots of memory, you will drive towards the international airport of Kathmandu valley. We will sure that it’s not the last time in Nepal and you will provide us to see you again and give us a chance to serve you next time too.
